Volley Ball Camp

Kayla went to Volley Ball Camp this week. I was so proud of her for going by herself. She really enjoyed it.

Cousin Visit

After our great week off without kids we met Kelly in Centerville and picked up our kids and their cousin Ethan for a week long visit. This was his first visit for a whole week and their Grandma A set them up with a Camp at Bay Oaks. So they went to Camp all day and then hung out around the house at night.

On Monday we went to Kemah for a few rides and Dinner. This is Ethan and Grandma A on the Train.

Weekend in Brenham

Our kids went to Ft. Worth for the week to stay with their Aunt Kelly and Tim and I had a great week. We went to the movies, watched movies and decided at the last minute to go to a bed and breakfast in Brenham on Saturday night. Ended up that there was a concert in the city that night so we packed a cooler and chairs and went and enjoyed it.

4th of July

The fourth of July was JAM Packed. We went to the Parade in Friendswood, then participated in the parade in Tiki Island, and then went to fireworks in Friendswood. Very busy, but fun.

Party on 3rd of July

We had a GREAT party on the 3rd of July in celebration of the 4th. So many people came. It was really a fun time. Thanks so much to everyone that came, we enjoyed the visit.

Kids to the beach

I had July 2nd and 3rd off so I decided to take the kids to the beach on Thursday, July 2nd. Since it was just me and the kids I told them that they could each bring a friend. We loaded up in the morning and went to the beach and had a great time. Kayla brought her friend Kennedy and her parents had previously owned the lawn chair service on one of the beaches so we were able to get lawn chairs and an umbrella for FREE. It was great. I brought the IPod and some tunes and lounged around while the kids enjoyed the beach.

Yogi Camping 09

It is that time of year again. Time to head up to yogi bear park in Waller and go camping. This year we had more people than ever. We had an extra special treat because we had our cousins there too. They rented a cabin. It was so nice to get to spend time with Jennifer and Heather and their families.

Happy Father's Day to an Awesome Dad

For Fathers day we went to the beach. We have not been much this year since the camp grounds in Galveston were damaged during the Hurricane. We borrowed a surf board from my dad and headed out for a day of catching the waves.
