Florida - Day 1

Sunday, June 20, 2010 we headed out to Flordia. Our main goal was for Mom to get to visit with Aunt Cindy. As for the rest of the trip, just to have fun.

We left the house at 6:30, bye honey enjoy your week...

After about 10 hours of driving we stopped in Pensacola. We took a drive down to the beach to hte board walk. It was a nice evening and they had a band. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Great time. We headed out to our destination first thing in the morning.

Kayla's Dance Recital

This year Kayla decided to get back into dance. I was happy because I know how much she loves it. Kayla we are so proud of you. Your recital went so good and you have gotten better each year. WE LOVE YOU!

Sylvan Beach Day

We had an awsome time at Sylvan Beach Day. Texas Coastal Cookers did great. They got First place brisket and third place chickens (or vice versa). I was so proud of Roy and his team. I know they are new to this cookoff stuff, but that is a good start.

We got there a little late because Collin had a baseball game, but Dad came back up. It was so great to spend some time with him.
Roger Creager was the entertainement and he was awesome. I didn't know he was so good.

Kickball

Ok we had our first week of kickball. Who knew that kickball would be so much fun. We are playing in an adult co-ed league. My first time up to kick I was nervous, but it all worked out. It was a ton of fun. It was fun doing a sport with my hubby and the camping group and some of their friends. By the way, I was SOOO sore the next few days.

A Palapa good time

We had an awesome dinner get together with Julie and Mike Leggio. They came by afterwards to check out our new Palapa.

Collin is 8!

My Baby Boy has turned eight years hold. I can't believe that he is eight. Time has flown by.

Easter...was awesome

We spent good Friday with Granny Ann. It was a great time. The kids were so excited to see Ethan, Timmy and Will. Collin loves hanging out with his cousins.




Saturday morning we went down to Maw Maw and Paw Paws and Madylnn and Andrew were there. More kids, means more fun. We had an egg hunt and a great lunch.
Sunday brunch at Bay Oaks and the egg hunting with Grandma A and Grandpa Mikey. Danielle and James Paul were there. They helped the kids with the egg hunt and passing out the prizes. What a great time.

Sunday afternoon Mom and the family came over for dinner. Julia and Abigail enjoyed the egg hunt with Kayla and Collin.
What a wonderful weekend and a great time with family.
